Dr. Chris brings extensive experience in educational leadership across the UK and internationally. Formerly the Headmaster of Bradfield College, one of the UK’s leading independent schools, his distinguished career spans the full educational spectrum—from early years to postgraduate education—providing him with a deep understanding of learning and development at every stage.

A graduate in Modern Languages, Dr. Chris has lived and worked in France, Italy, India, and the UK, experiences that have shaped his belief in developing globally aware, culturally sensitive, and future-ready learners. His leadership philosophy is centred on fostering academic excellence alongside character development, while balancing the strength of traditional educational values with the opportunities presented by innovation. Passionate about creating dynamic learning environments, he champions the thoughtful integration of innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies to enhance student engagement and achievement. Above all, he is committed to nurturing every learner’s potential within a strong, inclusive, and values-driven school community.

Craig is an accomplished international educator with over 36 years of experience, including more than 20 years in senior leadership roles as Principal, Director and Head of School.

He has led leading institutions across Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and is known for driving school transformation, academic excellence, co-curricular improvements and strong community engagement. Craig has accreditation experience for CIS and MSA, consultancy work to assist school leadership teams and school inspections. He was previously on the Board of the Cambridge Examination International Board in New Zealand and was an accredited member of the Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference (HMC).

Most recently, as Principal of St. Andrew’s Grammar, Perth, Craig led a significant turnaround in enrolments, financial performance, and infrastructure. He also served as Founding Head of Nanwai King’s College School in China, building a successful K–12 institution, and led St. Julian’s School, Portugal, to its best-ever IB results.

Craig brings deep expertise in British and IB curricula, along with a student-centric approach focused on holistic development and high-performing learning environments. He believes whole-heatedly in student personal success and well-being being at the centre of all decisions and we are extremely fortunate to have him as our Principal.

With over three decades of experience in international education across five countries, Preeti is a dynamic and compassionate educator recognized for expertise in early childhood and primary education. She brings a strong record of leadership in designing inclusive, inquiry-driven curricula and implementing progressive pedagogies such as Reggio Emilia, play-based learning, and project-based approaches. A dedicated instructional leader and mentor, she fosters culturally responsive, multilingual environments that nurture creativity, critical thinking, and student well-being.

Throughout her career, Preeti has led school-wide initiatives that enhance learning outcomes for all students, including English language learners and neuro-diverse learners. Drawing on frameworks such as WIDA ELD Standards, Responsive Classroom, and Social Thinking, she supports holistic development and data-informed instruction. Her collaborative approach extends to partnerships with Student Support Teams, families, and community members to build trust and a shared vision for student success.

Certified in Cognitive Coaching, Adaptive Schools, and digital integration tools like Google for Education, Preeti is deeply committed to capacity building and professional growth. Her global perspective and focus on intercultural competence, social-emotional learning, and global citizenship ensures that every child feels valued, empowered, and equipped to thrive in an interconnected world.

A firm believer in student ownership and agency, Niyati comes with a decade of experience in Student Leadership and Enrichment programmes. She has worked towards building experiences both inside and outside the classroom that provide students opportunities to grow as servant leaders. Trained as a Cognitive Coach, she has actively contributed to teacher capacity building and mentoring initiatives both at HIXS and HXLS. She holds expertise in Literacy Curriculum across National and International Boards, from Grades 5 to 12 in leading schools across NCR. Currently an examiner for English Literature with the IB, she is an alumnus of LSR and Miranda House where she completed her Bachelors and Masters in English Literature, respectively.

Usha is a veteran educator with over 34 years of experience in national and international education. A strong academic leader, she has previously served as an IB Diploma Programme Coordinator and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Facilitator across reputed institutions in India and abroad. Usha has led IB authorisation and evaluation processes and mentored teachers to deliver high-impact learning. An IB examiner and TOK moderator, she is deeply committed to student well-being, inclusion, and academic excellence. Her leadership is defined by collaboration, integrity, and a belief in nurturing future-ready, compassionate learners.

With 16 years of experience in counselling, Shikha is heading the Counselling & Student Support Services team. A certified IBEN Workshop Leader with an Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling, Shikha is passionate about play therapy, assessments, and professional training.

Ritu is an accomplished and compassionate, accredited career counsellor, psychologist, author and a certified life coach with more than two decades of experience in leading school counselling and guiding high school students towards their best-fit choices in programmes, careers and universities across the world. A Miranda House alum Ritu Dhingra holds a master’s in applied psychology along with a Bachelor of Education from Delhi university.

A seasoned, confident, and self-motivated education professional with over 26 years of diverse experience in Teaching, Administration, Operations, Planning & Management, and Infrastructure Development. Adept at leading teams and managing key functions including school administration, operations, budgeting, training, interdepartmental coordination, and event management. Recognized for a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to efficiently drive institutional growth and operational excellence in alignment with the school’s vision and needs.

Holding a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor of Elementary Education from Jesus & Mary College, Ruchi leads the strategic design and implementation of teaching, learning, and assessment practices that advance student learning and continuous school improvement. With over two decades of experience in experiential education, expeditionary learning, data-informed decision-making, and a passion for advancing technology and future-focused education, she is committed to building coherent learning systems that empower both educators and students to thrive.

Working closely with school leadership and academic teams, Ruchi has played a pivotal role in aligning educational frameworks with the unique context of the school, strengthening instructional leadership, assessment practices, and a culture of coaching, mentoring, collaborative inquiry, and continuous professional learning. She brings deep expertise in curriculum implementation, assessment for learning, instructional improvement, and the meaningful use of data to inform teaching and learning.

Guided by a strong belief that innovation must be evidence-informed and rooted in the well-being of every learner and educator, Ruchi champions adaptive leadership, deepens the principles of Adaptive Schools, and designs systems that connect people, processes, and purpose. Through her leadership, she continues to foster a culture of reflection, collaboration, and excellence that enables every member of the learning community to grow and succeed.

With over 18 years of experience Shubhi leads initiatives that strengthen meaningful engagement between the school and its parent community. With extensive experience in educational communications, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management, she is committed to fostering trust, transparency, and collaboration across the school ecosystem.

Working closely with school leadership, academic teams, and families, Shubhi has played a key role in enhancing communication practices that support student success and reinforce strong home-school partnerships. She brings a thoughtful understanding of the evolving needs of contemporary education, with expertise in community engagement, strategic communication, and stakeholder relations.

Guided by empathy and a collaborative mindset, Shubhi believes effective communication is fundamental to building inclusive, connected, and thriving learning communities. Through her leadership, she continues to strengthen institutional relationships and cultivate a culture of openness, trust, and shared purpose.

Shalini brings over 22 years of experience across human resources, communications, and operations. An MBA in Human Resources and a graduate in Economics & Entrepreneurship from Jesus & Mary College, she has held leadership roles in HR, talent management, communications, and operations, driving initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and operational excellence.

Her expertise includes talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, change management, and HR strategy. As a member of the CIS Accreditation Steering Committee, she has contributed to institutional growth and quality enhancement. With a strong interest in technology and automation, Shalini champions innovative solutions that improve efficiency and foster collaboration across the school community.

Having completed training in Dare to Lead™, Cognitive Coaching, and International Safer Recruitment, she is passionate about creating inclusive, people-centric workplaces where individuals and teams can thrive.

Mohan brings over 12 years of experience in maker education, STEM learning, and innovation-led pedagogy across India and internationally. He held leadership roles at MakerGhat (USA), Learning Links Foundation, and Creya Learning, where he led curriculum design, educator development, and large-scale implementation of experiential learning programmes.

He has also contributed to the development of pioneering innovation spaces such as MuSo – Museum of Solutions, Mumbai, and T Works, Hyderabad. As co-founder of RepairShala and advisor to several education ventures, Mohan is passionate about creating learner-centred ecosystems that foster creativity, design thinking, and real-world problem solving.

Prerna Shivpuri has been associated with Heritage Schools for over two decades and currently leads Learning & Development across the Heritage group of schools. Having played a pivotal role in establishing Heritage’s CBSE programme and leading the Primary School at Heritage International Gurgaon, she brings deep expertise in experiential pedagogies inquiry-based learning, early years education, assessments, mindfulness, professional development and leadership development. Her work continues to shape teaching excellence and learning cultures across Heritage schools.

Ezette is an internationally respected leader in education strategy, redefinition of curriculum and pedagogical change. She has designed and implemented curriculum frameworks internationally, most recently in Australia and the Middle East and was the head of curriculum for the Government of Abu Dhabi. She has also held Directorship and Principal positions in various locations around the world. Ezette holds Master of Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees with a double major in Linguistics and Literature and also holds numerous other graduate diplomas including the Teaching of Reading.
